Waiting for confirmation: Our customer service team will review your request and contact you within 3-5 business days to confirm your refund eligibility.
Returning Items: If approved, you will receive a return address. Please ship the item back safely and provide the courier number for tracking.

  1. Shipping Instructions
    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is being returned due to quality issues or incorrect shipment. In this case, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide the appropriate prepaid shipping label.
  2. Refund Processing Time
    Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be automatically refunded to the original payment method used for purchase. Bank processing times may vary, so please be patient.
  3. Exchange Policy
    If you wish to exchange an item, please return the item following the refund process above and place a new order on our website. We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
